We require that all customers send a clear picture of their government-issued ID at the time of placing their first order. This is to ensure compliance with federal and provincial regulations regarding the sale and distribution of tobacco products. After your first order, we will keep your ID on file and you will not be required to send it again unless your information has changed. Please note that you can blur out your license number in the picture, but we do require your photo, name, address, and date of birth to be visible.
